Glycerin's main usage in food industry:
Glycerin is a sweetener and moisturizer commonly used in the food processing industry, and is mostly found in sports foods and formulas.
Function: Quickly break down the bitterness and odor caused by tannins. It enhances the thick taste and aroma of the juice, making the appearance bright, sweet, and sour.
Add amount: 0.8%~1%
Function: Decompose tannins in wine (dry red, dry white), improve quality and taste, and effectively remove bitterness and astringency.

Function: Acts as a water-locking agent and moisturizer to achieve weight gain effects and extend shelf life. Usually diluted with pure wine and sprayed evenly on the meat.
