Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS), using sucrose as raw material through enzyme treatment, concentration, drying, and a series of processes, results in the finished product. It is also known as Fucto-oligo, which enters the large intestine directly without being digested or absorbed by the human body. In the intestine, it rapidly promotes the reproduction of bifidobacterium and other probiotics, earning it the name "Bifidus Factor."
