Is the product a mushroom powder or an extract? Does it come from the fruit body or mycelium?
We only use the fruit body and supply mushroom powder & Extract both. A hot water extract is a very simple and effective way to concentrate mushrooms and make them more bioavailable.
Is the product organic?
Be sure it is Certified Organic USDA. Organic means the mushrooms must be grown under Organic conditions and processed in an Organic GMP workshop.
How does this taste and what is the best way to consume it?
It smells slightly bitter and tastes like mushrooms. It goes well with coffee, tea, soup, or fruit smoothies. We suggest 1g per day for health maintenance. It dissolves instantly in hot water.
